Designed as a trail running shoe, the Inov-8 Terroc 330 makes a great lightweight hiker. The Terroc 330 is built for protection, comfort and traction. If you are looking for a hiking shoe that provides a lot of support, this is not the shoe for you. The folks at Inov-8 make shoes that protect the foot as it strikes the ground without restricting the foot's natural ability to adapt to an uneven surface. Since support isn't a major concern, the Inov-8 Terroc 330 can be built out of lightweight materials. The uppers are constructed with an abrasion resistant mesh and the outsoles are incredibly flexible and grippy.
