Bamboo in socks? Bamboo can now be spun into rayon and turned into socks and the result is travel bliss. Bamboo naturally wicks moisture and has anti-odor properties. Other anti-stink socks use silver to control odors, but bamboo is renewable; and in my experience works better. After 4 days in a row hiking 5-15 miles each day, the Feetures! Bamboo & Wool socks could still be placed near my pillow with no ill-effects. The snug fit keeps away blisters. Wool makes up a third of the material in these socks, and the combination of the 2 yields expected breathability. These socks are packaged in eco-friendly recycled paper, and the Merino wool and bamboo are both sustainable fibers so you can buy them with a good conscience toward our planet. You can also buy them knowing they're some of the best hiking and travel socks you can find.
