The Lore light softshell from Loki may not do everything that you want, but it will come close. The Lore has the comfort of a softshell and protecting features including the Loki Mitts and Faceshield, both of which fold away when not needed. As for storage, the Lore comes equipped with a lumbar storage compartment called The N_Pac. The sleeves are slightly longer due to the extra fabric used for the mitts, but not enough to matter. With the Loki Lore light softshell, you can leave the hat and gloves at home and not worry about losing them.
